This was such a fun and informative watch. Your passion for DIY projects was evident and I learned a lot of useful tips and tricks for revamping old furniture.

Beautiful as always…just a suggestion, instead of tossing the hardware, donate to Habitat Restores or glue to a board to tryout different finishes on! I’m so glad you’re back, been looking for a new video from you! I hope the family is happy & healthe!

They look really nice. Like you said hindsight it 20/20. So a scoring instead would’ve been easier. Only thing I would’ve done differently is I would’ve filled in a little bit of the center with Bondo or wood filler. Just to raise the level and make it flush with the side panels. You should consider trying more projects like these. A piece of burl veneer would’ve been so beautiful and you can buy small pieces from a place like Rockler. I think they’re on the thinner side though but it could be fun to play with in the future. How is your newest assistant manager doing?

I love the concept and detail, the grooves in the middle look a little messy is that a trick of the camera? I wonder if filling with like a black filler would make those pop but it still is beautiful and wow how creative to use your circuit wow

Desde cuándo lavas los muebles? Me sorprende que lo hagas. La madera no es plástico por lo que hay que tener cuidado al mojarla.

Heres a tip for you from an old lady who lovez DIY in my hous. STOP BUYING $$WOOD PUTTY... make your own. Zave your sawdust. Put it in small plastic bowl and add some wood glue. Mix well. It is easier to work w that commercial premix and it will match perfectly.

You made them look modern and beautiful! They were awful... The veneer is an interesting addition. I think it would have looked beautiful even without the design, as a whole piece and you could have painted washed these with the base color of the nightstands for a more uniform result. Thanks so much for sharing
@29028ft10 ай бұрын
design is cute, but gotta be honest - that veneer you applied looks jank af. you can clearly see the substrate through the grout lines of each of the tiles (because you applied these with space like tiles, but didn't actually grout that space...). the nightstands look so good and then the janky veneer job just ruins it.
