If they do pay 2600 a year, and it is private property, then they do have a right to speak up. We have a small pond in our small town that the town is nice enough to stock with fish for the residents each year. Unfortunately we have some larger towns nearby, and once the first migrant discovered it, it went from a nice quiet fishing pond to having 50 mexicans along the roadside/water fishing side by side. The town had to deal with it, send patrols to check licenses, etc... cus they'd fish the place dry by mid june. So from that side of things, I do get it. If they're paying to keep it maturely stocked and all that, of course he likes fishing there! Doubt he has that "friend" too.

To be fair, for once there actually are signs. As a golf pro at a country club that has multiple lakes it is very annoying that one of my duties is to remove people from the golf course constantly when there are plenty of private property and no fishing signs. I love fishing but a lot of these kids are very disrespectful and completely ignore any rules put in front of them.
