The Gorilla Glue is expensive. I'd use wax like in the old days.

When using a hole punch, you should use the end grain of the wood, I use a short peace of 2X4 about 1 " thick, this will give you a much better cut as well is a lot easer on your punch. I have a set I use for leather mostly and they are well over 40 years old and still very sharp. Never had to sharpen them. Thanks for the very good video will have to find the first one. I have a large amount of 444 brass, so is nice to know.

You’re crimping a bullet that doesn’t have a cannelure! Your COL should place the bullet close to the lands. That ammo is far from being “match grade”.

Thanks for a great vid, Eddy. Cool dude. I seek loading guidelines to try making metallic .410 shells out of .460 S&W brass, or possibly .454 Casull. I would think it would better fit a .410 chamber than .44-size brass, without fire-forming? I read an online article at American Handgunner where the man loaded .45 Colt shotshells without plastic capsules, using copper gas checks for wads. I think he used 6 gr. of Unique powder. I realize that .460 S&W brass would not be cheap. My objective is to create ammo that has less shot than a .410 shell, but more power than even a .22 Mag birdshot load, with greater shot size selection. They would be shot from my .410 break-barrels with chokes, and possibly my Rossi Brawler .45/.410 Mostly for snakes, rats or aerial targets. .22 LR birdshot costs 50 cents a round, empty plastic CCI shot capsules are 40 cents each (if you can find them), and CCI loaded .45 Colt shotshells are up to 3 bucks each. Thanks!

I use clear silicone caulk to seal the overshot cards. Works great and is waterproof. Just get a small squeeze tube of it, and it will last for many loadings.

The old timers used bees wax from candles or talo to seal the tops of their reloads...simple and easy to clean out of the barrel when the time comes. Talo is best since it lubes ur barrel during the firing process but bee wax is a bit sticky and can be removed with a little heat.

It looks like using that powder measure is a risk of charging a double. A lot safer to have a press charger. Even priming and not checking it would bother me on not seating right or even upside down.

Nice relaxing video I prefer using a hand priming tool but that’s just me, don’t matter really but I find if there’s an issue like an especially loose primer pocket you’re more likely to feel that difference with the hand tool. Enjoy your videos. This is not the sort of thing one should ever do in a hurry and you exemplify that
