I have Entertained and had peoplevover forcSupper ,and I always " made the plates " at the Stove and then those were taken to the Table...onky if I were serving a Salad,as well... was thst akready on the table. I had a " beverage area " set up on the Kitchen Island to prepare Beverages that are served with the Food. It was easy and re- filling of Glassware was easy..

What is that liquid?

I love anchovies but I hate the canned ones, if I can get the ones in the jar, I'm good to go otherwise it's the paste. I can't put the paste on pizza though.

I did some research a couple years ago and plants can get sunburnt. They end up turning red and extreme points of sunburn. Your orchid does have a slight reddish hue as well.
