This is an absolute masterpiece, especially on the cello. I play flute, and ever since I played this and listened to it on a cello, I've wanted to play cello and flute. There is just something about the cello that is mournful but amazing at the same time.

Why does this recording sound like i have water in my ears? Always great players, and misguided recording. For those who don’t know classical instruments are some of the hardest to record properly because of the full spectrum sound being played through speakers that employ the missing fundamental effect. (Look those last three words up) this is why making cheap classical instruments vs expensive classical instrument sound comparison videos are fucking stupid.
