Yo! This helps, so much! I consider myself queer but I’m really non-binary trans person who is slowly trying to get on a low dose in about two years or so but I’m not in much of hurry though (one day at a time!). Finding your channel has helped me navigate my family, grief while I slowly transition, my fears and more ( I can go on lol) but honestly, you have helped me pursue happiness for myself in spite of the world telling me “it’s a phase, there’s nothing as constant as change” or “you just need good D in your life” (this one makes me laugh). When I heard about Project 2025 it kind of blew my mind, the kind of stuff that's proposed in it. The US right wing seems like an over the top dystopian fiction sometimes. I think here in the UK the right wing has a different "flavour" so despite some attempts by the Tories, Heritage Foundation philosophies don't stick in exactly the same way. Not to say the UK gov isn't transphobic - even the left is going gradually more anti-trans. It's just less in-your-face bigotry as the American flavour, more about claiming to be feminists. The Swedes reached the same conclusion and their systematic review of the evidence spoke to the lack of quality evidence. What they learned is trans research is garbage! Their systematic review looked at 9934 trans related studies - 24 were considered sufficient of quality to use. They concluded a complete lack of evidence to support affirming care.
