Very similar lines of moral panic are rife in the UK too. Puberty blockers have stopped being prescribed for trans kids on the NHS. There's a small but non-zero chance the NHS will ban trans healthcare for anyone under 25 (because of some bs of "brains not fully developed until 25"). It's already hard to access as it is but the moral panic has everyone thinking it's too easy to transition. Great video btw

Hey Timothy! Thank you! Glad you liked the video. I’m not as aware of what’s going on in the UK, but I know it’s not good. The CASS review did not help either from what I can gather. But we keep fighting on 💪 Take good care and keep coming back 😊

What makes me sad is that this moral panic can reach people who are normally open-minded, but simply not very well informed about trans topics. I've seen that. Once I explained the transitioning process for trans kids (or how it would ideally look like if they had access to it, which many don't) the reaction was like: "Oh. But that makes total sense. I'm fine with that." The way the topic of trans kids is shown in media makes people think that the moment a kid shows signs of being gender non conforming they instantly get surgery. Which, of course, isn't true. Thank you for the video, it's great. And let's all hang in there. Moral panics don't last forever. 🌈

💯It is quite shocking to see how people are believing what is essentially propaganda. But I do believe that truth will eventually start to make more sense to most ppl.🤞😊

Danny, you can hold opinions but don't let your opinions hold you. Are you open to alternative viewpoints and maybe even the potential that some of your viewpoints may be wrong? It is certainly easy to become consumed by an ideological belief? Kind of like Trump supporters in the US hold tight to their man despite the obvious hypocrisy on so many levels or a cult. You seem to hold your beliefs firm especially in terms of an existence of a moral panic, the political motivations behind it and your support for applying Gender Affirming Care to children. Do you think it is possible you could be wrong on some of these opinions?

Just to be clear: Nex Benedict autopsy lists head wounds but says suicide was cause of death.
