Who am I?
I'm a 60-year-old Canadian trans man who embarked on my transition journey in April 2020. Genetics also determines how much hair you lose, balding, after taking testosterone. Look for that bald spot on the top of your head .

I was born AMAB it really does depend on your genetics i couldn't grow a moustache until at least 22 im not a hairy person nothing under the arms or very little on my body and chest my hair line has receded a little bit only on the left side i actually got sick of taking care of my long hair so my partner cut it off to my shoulders it can still go into a ponytail she doesn't like me with a number 1 or buzz cut i ride motorcycles so im used to short hair just thought I'd try growing it over COVID for over 3 and a half years iv got a good friend also in Canada who's been transitioning from FTM he's been around 5 yrs now taking testosterone Im just glad you're happy and can finally go about living your life the way it was meant to be i think a lot of people probably think at some point in life i wonder what it would be like to be or live as the opposite sex it's just my opinion good luck with everything moving forward love from Australia 🌏🦘

This is such an awesome video. You make me think. There is a lot we can learn from hormone experimentation which could go a long way to understanding the binary sex differences, especially as it relates to the epidemic of violence against women. At this point I think everything is on the table, I have heard MtF trans-people explain how sex drive diminishes considerably and how emotions become more front of mind (roller coaster like) with the use of cross sex hormones. This is certainly fascinating and goes a long way to understanding how younger boys begin a path of heightened sexuality given the rush of testosterone and for some it never slows down. It makes me think that a lot of sexual violence and other similar inappropriate behaviors could be better regulated through hormonal monitoring and moderation. Is there a biological imperative which is at the root of what some would frame predatory behaviours? Is there more to this than socialization and individual responsibility? Perhaps there are hormone levels that make self-regulation and self-control impossible? It is interesting given society is more open to accept our individual weakness in terms of addictive behaviours involving uncontrollable: desire for drugs , alcohol, gambling even sex. It seems we might be able to reduce a lot of violence against women if we were to regulate the hormones in the perpetrators assuming we can discover the levels at which these behaviors can become a problem.

You no what I was only thinking that same thing only a few days ago by hearing about a true story where the person's T levels were very very high at a very young age obviously nothing was spoken about this many many years ago when his crimes were committed your suggestions do make sense though when you sit down and think about this IV seen what happens when body builders take large doses of anabolic steroids there are definitely serious side effects it's a known fact
