You might have to transition into a carnivore diet. Any abrupt dietary change can lead to changes in bowel movement. I also recommend increasing your fluid and magnesium intake. The latter is an easy way to keep things moving while your digestive systems adjusts.

I have ibs. Constantly i feel pain in my stomach and a very sharp pain, bloating and constipation. I was martial artist and i also played volleyball, but that time i dont know that i have ibs. I can't focus on anything, i dropped of engineering. But i got anger issues and i can't sleep because of ibs, also for months i didn't sleep well. Once i got really angry and broke the tv and screaming because of sleepless nights and severe ibs and constipation, my family thought ii ggogongonegone iinsane and they decided to treat me in mental hospital, and after 8 months i got release from the hospital, but i got dibetese and thyroid with ibs-c and now i cant do vigorous workouts that i used to do. But if my family know what is ibs or doctors then i will not have dibetese and thyroid. Though it's a past now i forgive everyone and i am FINE now and healthy also both mentally and physically

Thank you for sharing. I researched the Lavender claim years back {based on the study cited} and my conclusion is it's not estrogenic.
@MichaelKummer2 күн бұрын
The evidence for lavender’s estrogenic properties is inconclusive. While some studies and case reports suggest weak estrogenic and anti-androgenic effects, other research challenges these findings and highlights methodological flaws or lack of systemic effects. Further research is needed, particularly large-scale human studies, to clarify lavender’s potential hormonal effects. I just don't care enough lavender to roll the dice and rather avoid it.

@MichaelKummer2 күн бұрын
I never tried the Vital+ but it appears to be far-infrared only and it gets less hot than the Thera360 -- likely due to the larger size. Considering that the chair in the Vital+ suggests you should be sitting (instead of standing), I don't see the reason why you'd want to go for a larger sauna that gets less hot and doesn't emit near- and mid-infrared (except for the price).

I have problem with dairy products.. what should I eat
@MichaelKummer4 күн бұрын
That's a simple question with a complex answer. It depends on what components of dairy cause you issues. It could be that you don't handle pasteurized dairy well (which is practically junk food), but you do well with raw dairy. In that case, avoid pasteurized dairy. It could also be that you don't handle casein A1 protein well. In that case, look for sources of A2 dairy (goats, sheep and A2 cows). You may also not handle lactose well. In that case, you can likely still consume butter, kefir and aged cheese (ideally made from raw A2 milk). If none works, you must remove dairy from your diet. Here is a link to a food list you can use as a framework to determine what's best to eat and to avoid: michaelkummer.com/food-list/

@MichaelKummer5 күн бұрын
Sorry to hear it’s not available in India. While Ion* Gut Support is great, you can try focusing on nutrient-dense, gut-healing foods like bone broth, collagen, and fermented foods (if tolerated). These can work wonders for repairing the gut lining. Also, consider L-glutamine supplements-they’re often available worldwide and can support gut health. Hope that helps!

Will the Mpulse smart sauna with a max temperature of 70°c Celsius hot enough for heat shock protein to happen?
@MichaelKummer5 күн бұрын
70°C (158°F) can stimulate heat shock proteins, but it often depends on time spent in the sauna. If the temperature feels manageable, aim for longer sessions (e.g., 30-40 minutes) to maximize the benefits. Combine it with cold exposure for an added recovery boost!

Colostrum kills parasites after 30 minutes of contact. They have known this since 1989. This is why some people get a herx reaction when they first consume it.
@MichaelKummer4 күн бұрын
Colostrum does not directly “kill parasites on contact,” but it has properties that can support the immune system and gut health, potentially creating an environment that is less hospitable to parasites. Here’s how colostrum may help in this context: 1. Immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM): These antibodies in colostrum can help neutralize harmful pathogens, including bacteria and viruses, which may indirectly assist in managing parasitic infections. 2. Lactoferrin: This protein in colostrum has antimicrobial and antiparasitic properties. While not directly lethal to all parasites, lactoferrin can inhibit their growth and attachment to the intestinal lining. 3. Gut Health Support: Colostrum helps repair the gut lining (thanks to growth factors like IGF-1) and supports a balanced gut microbiome. A healthy gut can be more resilient against parasitic infections. 4. Modulating the Immune Response: Colostrum’s components enhance the immune system’s ability to recognize and fight off infections, including those caused by parasites.

I boil milk & drink 2 litres per day. Are you sure I won't get sick? How do you recommend me to use it like clearing bacteria without boiling & how much can i heat it before consuming?
@MichaelKummer2 күн бұрын
Considering that boiled milk is junk food, I wouldn't be surprised if it negatively impacted your health in the long run. I don't know the source of your milk but the raw milk we purchase from local farms are full of bacteria (good and some not so good). None of those make us sick. If you get milk that contains bacteria that makes you seriously ill, your farmer is doing something wrong.

@MichaelKummer8 күн бұрын
Prioritize protein 🥩 - It keeps you full and supports muscle. Cut out sugar & processed carbs 🍞🚫 - They’re the biggest culprits for belly fat. Stay active 💪 - Strength training + daily movement works wonders. Sleep well 🛏️ - Poor sleep impacts fat loss more than you’d think. Try fasting ⏳ - Skipping breakfast or eating in a shorter window can help.

Fruits: Seasonal and ripe, like berries, bananas, apples, and melons. 🍓🍎 Roots and Tubers: Sweet potatoes (peeled), carrots, and squash. 🥕🍠 Well-prepared Vegetables: Fermented or cooked to reduce anti-nutrients, like zucchini or cucumbers (peeled and deseeded). 🥒 Honey: Not a plant food per se, but a sweetener that’s natural and well-tolerated by many. 🍯
