I found you because of your IBS video. I have a question though has your IBS ever caused you to have heart palpitations so bad that you think you are going to die and it makes it difficult to breathe? I mean like faster pounding heart suddenly while resting during what feels like what I can only describe as a flareup where I notice I have more acid reflux, intestinal cramping, and feel a lot more sensitive to everything I eat.

When I was a kid, I used to wake up on occasion with a racing heart but I don't know if that was connected to my IBS. The good news that fixing your diet will likely not only fix your gut but most other symptoms as well.

Cold showers, breathing exercises in combination with CBD oil fixed my IBS and anxiety. Palpitations are most likely caused by stress but nonetheless I would have them checked out by a doc.
