Excel Spreadsheet -- returns are relisted the day received back. Canceled orders that did not mail are re-listed immediately upon cancellation confirmation by eBay. Inventory is checked every 2 months or sooner for listing update or to just make sure the item is listed. New inventory is listed the same day/week received from whatever source acquired from. Each item is photographed or scanned and any imperfect items are listed separately with their own photos and description.

Hey there friend! Id list them as new/Open box or new with defects. Make a generalized note in the conditions section and ask the buyers to review pics closely. You could also put the word 'read' in the listing title and that will give the buyer a heads up that there's something wrong. By all means, don't be crazy making separate listings, unless they're worth 100s of dollars each and then I'd be a little more specific with each one. Yep ! Not only does Ebay delete entire listings but they delete quantity , shipping and price which we can't even post a listing without that filled in so I know it's them.

I waited until I had a helper, and picked a 'shelf' or 'box' and we went through each one, pulling items we couldn't find listed. Then I used multiple search terms to triple check before re-listing, (because ebay's search function is so poor that items I know are listed don't always show up when searching MY OWN store). Not taking any chances to duplicate items that I only have one of, lol. I now am using Flipwise and it's so much easier to keep track of everything.

I've been using FlipWise for inventory tracking, and anything that gets listed initially stays in that database - whether it's unsold, sold, or deleted from Ebay. It's nice for getting a solid idea of how well my inventory is working for me with a little over 200 items. I could build a spreadsheet to keep and analyze the same information, but FlipWise grabs the info directly from Ebay for listings and sales, eliminating data entry steps I would find tedious.

When I list funkos, box condition is very important to a buyer, I take many pics of the box, every angle. So I would recommend taking photos of EVERY box. It might take way longer to sell if you’re selling funkos without that. Collectors don’t like mystery box condition, lol

I am being scammed right now with a credit card charge back on eBay by a customer that purchased software and said there was no key and it definitely was because it was partially shown in my listing. Ebay will not and according to them cannot do anything for me and this scammer will getting to keep my $208 and software very soon. AWESOME - THANKS EBAY

I've been selling on ebay for 20 years. I'm afraid to try Amazon, and feel it would take forever to learn. How come you can sell some games, but are restricted on others?

I've always wanted to sell board games, but when I go to Goodwill or a thrift store that has stacks and stacks of games, I'm overwhelmed. I have absolutely no knowledge about board games and am afraid I'll buy duds. I guess using Google lens, while in the thrift store, would be the best way to start gaining knowledge? How did you start reselling games before you had board game experience?

I'm an FBA seller. One note to consider is when you say $5-$6 profit that doesn't count what it costs to ship the box of games TO Amazon so make sure people count that too.

Awesome. Thanks for the comment. Def good for folks to know, however, the cost of shipping to Amazon is included in the screenshots I showed in this vid. Amazon charges a per pound rate when shipping to them (as you know), and in the profit calculator on the app, you can fill that info in which will be considered in their displayed Gross Proceeds calculation. I input .75/lb but it’s often cheaper than that as I ship a large amount to them and the more you ship, the cheaper it tends to be. Thanks for highlighting that folks should be aware to input that shipping cost in the app so they can get a accurate profit assessment. 🤘

@TheStarsShineForYou on Mercari, the price you list it for is what you get paid. The buyer covers the fees and shipping. If it gets lost in transit, both parties get paid. That has been my experience.

Preaching to the choir here Kyle. I'm all about the board game profits. I've even flipped board games bought from eBay then listed them on Amazon. Have parted out certain ones also but it's a grueling task. There's not much joy in that lol. On a side note, there's profit to be made with jigsaw puzzles as well but it's not as good as the board game market. Dabbled in that a bit but got stuck with certain items not moving. Kind of a pick and choose situation there. Super informative video once again. Have a great weekend Sir.
