anyone have problem with the brake? I have ltwoo r7 and it doesn't seem to have enough leverage to make the caliper bite the rotor. it used to be fine. I checked the brake cable pull and it's only 1.5 cm while mtb lever could do 3 cm.

I've been riding this frame for 8 years now. It's a bit heavy but I haven't had any issues with it.

For lower back issues I highly recommend "The Back Mechanic" by Dr. McGill. Helped me a lot. It's for sale on Amazon, of course. I had issues with my lower back from lots of cycling and not doing anything else, and my back is much better now. The book is very thorough and lots of good advice, including the type of medical advice and doctors to avoid.

Chinese frame maker Elves has more attractive paint jobs on their frame. You can even order and design your own custom paint job on your frame using the paint customizer on their website. Their frames also use Toray T1000 and T800 carbon fiber

As someone approaching their 60th Birthday and cycling almost 16000kms /year these are my suggestions! Try drinking a mug of Ginger tea in the morning (few slices of fresh ginger with boiling water) ginger is a natural anti inflammatory along with other things, you need to do this every day as the effect is very gradual! also walking a few kms is very good after cycling if you can afford the time! A few glasses of red wine is also nice! as for a meal replacement try Y Food ! as recommened by Matt Armstrong! it's a Meal replacement drink! and they could sponser you! Qui Sais! 😀

First of all, love your videos! A blast to watch and inspiring to try funky chinese stuff! For your new years resolutions, I have a few suggestions or friendly comments :) - Dont overdo it with the changes. One step at a time. Pilates/Stretching every day is a great goal, but unless you got the discipline of a monk its a bit much. Try to set lower and more flexible goals, then move up as you get accustomed - For back pain and general fitness, getting a little into weightlifting is a really good idea. Teaches you good technique for picking up stuff with Deadlifts, strengthens your bones, ligaments and muscles and just feels good too! And if you do some legs (which is the most important muscle group anyways), the carryover to cycling is amazing! Check out Jeff Nippard for good Form videos and workout recommendations. All you need for starters are a set of adjustable dumbells and maybe a bench of some sort. Once a week 45m is perfectly fine here too! - Stretching im really bad at too so cant help ya there lol Good luck!

Can you do reviews for the Carrowter frames sold on aliexpress that resemble the scott foil and canyon bikes as those look like perfect replicas at a fraction of the cost? Is carrowter bikes legit in china and do the bikes hold up?

With the magene power meter, use blue loctite on all the threads on the non drive side. The single bolt can come loose. Also follow the torque instructions correctly. I’ve had no issues with it at all using loctite, but some people have had issues without.

To be honest - most chinese frames are decently engineered but often poorly finished. So I really don't see a reason to pay premium for an OG Evkin frame that has all the "usual" problems... Inverted stripes, overspray - and that's on a frame that was selected to be reviewed on youtube. To me it's a $600-700 frame, at most.

Hi, My experience : stretching after training isn't very good cause you're stretching muscles fiber just atfer they've been damage by training. Better you do regular streching during morning... Thanks for all the video !!!

My tantan x40 carbon road bike with wheeltop wireless 12x2 shift system was $1100 delivered to my door. That's the entire bike ready to ride. My Lynsey Ti frame was $950 on sale. The Lynsey gr300 with comeplay Titanium aero front fork was about $1350. I would say this is carbon frame you have is not affordably priced compared to other options. Something else, I am not paying for a lighter frame set until I am at your body fat lol. If I still have 15kg to loose the weight of the frame is not the selling point.

about the lazer aligment tool: I guess I was unlucky on that one. I got one, i received it just fine, but I'm convinced that the tool itself isn't aligned... When i put it on my handlebar, the laser does not pass from the center of the fork. it's too far on the right. And even if it did pass through the center of the forks, I'm convinced that it doen't project the lazer 90degrees from itself, but rather it has a slight angle to the right. I've test this on the floor of my home, putting the gadget on the floor tiles. I guess you can say that my floor tiles are not perfectly aligned themselves, and yeah that can be the case, but the error of this gadget is significant enough to be obvious.... I really like the idea of this gadget tho, and I'm seriously considering getting another one... But how often are those faulty? did anyone else have the same experience?

wow! $1200 is not just a bigger budget in China, it's almost a hi-end frameset. If you ignore the brand value and sentimental value, I think you can get almost the same product quality as Trek or Pinarello among Chinese brands at this price. But Og-Evkin is not one of them, because it has a bad reputation in China due to manufacturing and quality issues. You should look at Robin Evo by PARDUS or AR:One by QUICK and Spear by Seka and the intropy from incolour which is very popular in the Chinese market recently. Honestly, these manufacturers should really ask you to advertise, their quality is far better than Og-Evkin, but they lack experience in operating in foreign markets.

The frame packaging looked top notch - I like the way they used, what I assume, are velcro straps to hold the frame in place. I hate zip ties that seem to be used elsewhere!!

1000.- for the bike, I'll buy it actually it's 1000.- for the frame 1500.- for the frame ... ok... still good :)) Started from something you could ride right away, and ending in paying higher price for something that's not possible to ride :)) That's somehow the reality with the adds :)). Nice visit

One question about your stuff : what do you do with all those carbon parts that fail or that you just don't use anymore ? Garbage everything ? Thats the downside of your politic. Not really ecofriendly (i dont say buying trek or specialized is, but generally you dont throw away those frames or parts like the chinese stuff...)

I recently built the LightCarbon LCR017-D road bike, and I must say, it looks very close in terms of production method and finishing quality. A comparison would be awesome! Maybe something along the lines of a detailed analysis, especially considering that Hambini recommended this frame last year. 😇 🥖
