I just put a pair into a Samick 335 and they sound bloody amazing, especially through a Gladio dual preamp. I've been chasing tone all my life. Now I have it. Gonna put a set in my LP too!

Just had a set of these installed in an LP style guitar. I really like them and they sound great, but I think the AC IV's are even better. Also just had a set of Tonerider Birminghams installed in a T style guitar. I don't like the sound but I think it's the wiring and components of that guitar. I'm going to try them in another guitar. I love Tonerider products, though. Can't beat them for the price (or even double for that matter).

Świetana prezentacja, jestem w trakicie modyfikacji gitary VINTAGE VS6M, generalnie modyfikuję przetworniki do gitar basowych poprzez instalowanie magnesów ALNICO II, najlepsze brzmienie na estradzie i studio jak w gitarach elekrycznych i gitarach basowych które czasmi buduję ( nie składam, tyko buduję od podstaw, głównie z drewna Wiązu i drewna drzew owocowych), pozdrawiam serdecznie.

Speechless, one of the closest to original covers I've ever heard, probably even THE closest, this is the final confirmation I needed to go ahead with these pickups over a couple other ToneRider sets I've been reviewing . . super thanks!

Too kind! Thank you very much. The hardest part was achieving a light touch but with enough authority as to not sound weak. EJ is such a legend. These pickups are among the best I've played. I actually prefer them to the stock Fender EJ pickups.

Had my set in my Epiphone 58 Flying V for a few months now. That's the sound from the albums... I would like to try AC4 but I can't imagine they sound better than perfect so AC2s everywhere, and some Tele pups too. The sound!!! Seymours, Gibson, EMGs... all going for sale. They don't sound like that. Very good but not authentic, microphonic, chimey, single coil esque low output original PAF (wound on a good day...). Your video helped me pull the trigger. I put in coil splits and good pots. I recommend! They make some mean single coils and roll back the volume and split the pup and suddenly super awesome clean sound despite a tubescreamer annoying an overheating Marshall).

@@ConstantineJajas Yeah man, there's something about the neck types on the Ironbirds, that make them feel easy to play fast haha. I added some Duncan Distortion pickups to mine as well. Sweet, I'll have to check that guitar out.
