Thanks. I am a body builder hobbyist but cannot do my normal training since getting pregnant (8 weeks) and have been looking for other ways to maintain a good physiology without straining myself. This is great and I could even do it at work during my breaks.

I don't comment much on videos but I really needed this today. I'm 7 weeks and dealing with a lot of intense nausea, and finally had some time today where I felt able to do some yoga and I'm so thankful I did. This is exactly what I needed and I have a feeling I'll be revisiting this video for the next few weeks!

Some of the yoga poses were a bit hard for me because it has been a bit for me and it all felt brand new again but i just wanna say thank you when you said take a second to remind your self that you're okay i really needed that

Thank you! It's really nice to have a prenatal yoga video that's actually a flow and not just stretching. Also the variety of poses is really nice...it seems like all the other prenatal yoga videos I've watched focus on side stretching and hip stretching. I'm excited to try your other videos now 💖💖

Hi Coach Brittany ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 6 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated. 😢

It’s hard class so try doing it in little chunks and then slowly build up.
