Cheaper than the US. I spend about $125 a week for just myself. No expensive cuts of meat or prepared foods. Just basic home cooking. And I now shop at Walmart because it is cheaper than other grocery stores.

Hi! Great video. It is crazy how much food costs. I picked up some supplies when I went down to my son. I love that you are committed to use everything and not waste. More people need to do that! I would love to know the recipe for the peanuts butter squares. They look amazing! Baking and cooking do save a lot of money. Premade snacks and meals are very expensive. You have the right idea for sure! Lots of love form Tank and I 🧡🐾

In a large bowl add 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, 1 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Poor into a greased 9×13 pan. Next: In a small pot melt 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. That gets poured on top. Let sit an hour to set. Can chill outside for faster setting. So good. And it makes a lot.

@WakeUpToYourself-237 They are called Mylar bags, they are food safe so no need to buy expensive food grade buckets. You can order different sizes and thicknesses online. I like the 7ml thickness. The oxygen absorbers also range from 100cc (good for quart jars smaller mylar bags) the 2000cc oxygen absorbers are for 5gal bucket size.
