Hello, does fasting also detoxes the body from medicines like paliperidone? The average life of one shot is up to 126 days, but I hope that a water fast clears the medicine out faster. Thanks.

Look at this example When I have a nightmare, when I wake up from the nightmare. I notice that something is going on over my body: body temperature, thirsty, mosquitoes bite, lack of oxygen, nostril full, neck contortion, numbness on limbs, etc. The thing is, our mind creates hallucinations as a signal that something is going on over our bodies. Sometimes is just a vertigo going on always when you do a specific movment. The second example is : If we use our minds to access any hallucination, so if we train our brain to make small videos and no sound, the mind will create things in this proportion,.. So how to train your mind to only create small fragments of halluccinations? By resizing your notebook screen, using all softwares in a very very micro windowed floating mode, never in a full Windows or screen. In the Wallpaper a black color with no icons around. Try this for a week or two. In fact, computers are great aid to train minds to acommplish goals.

Long hair helps with ears been closed. I think having a beard should help with eyes. I notice that the left eye on people with some mental disorder is always scanning for threats, prismatic glasses should help, but it is a hard alternative. Long hair is great to limiting eyesight field of view. The problem with eyes been locked for too long is that it causes tiredness over the body, try EMDR free sessions on KZbin for relief of eyeballs. Fill the enviroment with stuff help with echoing sounds. Get rid of plagues like rats and insects tends to stop with annoing sounds that take concentration off. Every one is living a mental disorder, but many blame spiritual realm, blame politics, blame parents, blame economics. The thing is, thinking about the thinking process is the worst way of deal with any issue.

EMF can impact negativily on mental health. W-iFi signal also can damage the brain cells. Never wear Bluetooth phones, it can bring way more impairmaint to your hearing processing. Shadowing is a good technique to be confident, to trust more in others. In another words, mimic people who you love even in a whispering sound. Mental disorder is heavily connected to health deficit like gut, but it is connected to with lack of dopamine, feeling happy, comfort, relaxation. So, sing out loud, listen to your prefer radio station as much as you can. Sleeping and chewing more is part of the process, cause chewing raw vegetables for example leveling ear cannal, makes eyeball small. Sometimes light sensitivy should be addressed, cause when eyes are in stress it impacts hearing. Also a mirror reflecting sun light is benefical to mood. Sometimes direct sunlight not always good. Lack of light or difficult to process light (sensitivy) is the major issue to bipolar disorder. Televesion and smartphone resolution can be factor to some kind of eyesight and hearing impairmaint. Check out for a good smartphone resolution. I am noting that chinese brand have different way of built their phones, looks more to the left side, iPhone and Google generally tend to tilt image display to the right side. In the Bible, psalms talk about tongue position, it should Never be at the jaw level. Other have said about thireoyd deficit, you should search about it too. Many have been prescribed with schizophrenia drugs for years then, after doing a thireoydal test they found the permanent solution.

But I've heard of ppl just getting thrown on more neuro-toxin drugs as the doctors pretend the side effects are memtal health symptoms. It's all just some doctors way f getting a pay check. Hey filth, good to hear from you. Pathetically I attempted to taper and ended up failing after reducing my dose by 7/8th (the last little bit of med is the hardest). I didn't end up using all tricks to keep well unfortunately; as the unwellness kind of crept up on me. Next taper should be better// I use more tricks than chris or natasha, but i hadn't really looks into the GAPS diet, so thanks for sharing. It probably cures 50%-60% of people of schizophrenia who are newly diagnosed. Hopefully your doing well too/

@@natas12rm try removing grains and dairy from diet. Adding fish/ fish oils is very important since 10% of the brain mass is composed of omega 3 fatty acids, specifically DHA. You should be taking 1500mg-3000mg of DHA every day. For the fish oil to utilize correctly you also need about 400mg of riboflavin (B2 vitamin). Another great thing which helps with a lot of mental illnesses and generally brain regeneration is Creatine Monohydrate since the brain uses it as an energy reserve. Creatine should be taken at about 10g per day to see results(might take about 4 weeks, for fish oils even longer). And try to generally eat more healthy fats (walnuts are really good) and proteins. Eggs (particularly egg yolk) also have an essential nutrient called choline which is a precursor to acetylcholine, a very important neurotransmitter. About 3-4 eggs a day should be enough. Fasting is great in removing toxins but if your body doesn’t have the building blocks it needs for your brain it’s not going to get better. Good luck ❤️

In year 2008 - A group of bank robbers began talking to me in my head. They told me that they had injected a tiny electronic device in me They demanded that I withdraw 1.5 million dollars from my mothers bank account and leave the money where instructed. I was urged to go to the hospital for MRIs and Xrays to have the tiny electronic device located. None were found and I was diagnosed with New Onset Hallucinations - Elaborate Delusions and Schizophrenia. In 2010 - I caught them and was able to identify them. I reported them and their crimes to the FBI. They turned out to be a group of US government agency guys using NSA Signals Intelligence Remote Neural Monitoring to steal money.
