Congratulations on your continued success. I had a severe case of schizophrenia. I found out that my hallucinations retreated off into the background when I got into an argument. This gave me the idea to ignore and not believe in my hallucinations delusions and symptoms. This meant that I had to change everything that I was believing so I had to change all my habits of thought. To make a long story short, the hallucinations delusions and symptoms gradually went away and never came back. I just retired from a 30 year career. I never did take any medication.

Long hair helps with ears been closed. I think having a beard should help with eyes. I notice that the left eye on people with some mental disorder is always scanning for threats, prismatic glasses should help, but it is a hard alternative. Long hair is great to limiting eyesight field of view. The problem with eyes been locked for too long is that it causes tiredness over the body, try EMDR free sessions on KZbin for relief of eyeballs. Fill the enviroment with stuff help with echoing sounds. Get rid of plagues like rats and insects tends to stop with annoing sounds that take concentration off. Every one is living a mental disorder, but many blame spiritual realm, blame politics, blame parents, blame economics. The thing is, thinking about the thinking process is the worst way of deal with any issue.
