We talk about death but do we actually know what it is? What is death? How do we know when we die? How do we know when we're dead?

Maybe it would be great to do a video just on smoking, to really help people understand why they smoke n the first place, and how bad it is for outcomes. Also, some people like a cigarette with less additives, like American Spirit, but apparently they are very strong.

Not a bad idea! Smoking releases dopamine in the brain which makes schizophrenics that take antipsychotics feel better (i presume) it leads to a very small cognitive boost too (which likely disapears later do to rapid aging) and is really not worth the cost and damage to your system. but schizoprenics really crave cigarettes much more than others.. sadly I do recommend vaping or patches or gum in this video (to avoid most of the damage) I havn't heard of cigarettes with less additives.. I've only ever smoked one cigar (which i did really enjoy, but I was careful not to get addicted)

@@MatthewPierce Yes, you definitely did mention alternatives in your video. I just watched your recent video about exercise. The two probably go hand in hand, the motivation to quit smoking with an increase in exercise.
