If all our colleagues are Brahmans, then dear Swamiji where I work, some Brahmans are narcissistic and some are bipolar. In this case, can you please tell us how we can get in touch with the narcissistic and bipolar Brahmans or how we can sacrifice ourselves to them voluntarily, because they already want to sacrifice everything they see to themselves.

Cure of pain is in the pain. God first serve pain, makes pure and then grace prasad as knowledge. A beautiful song on lord krishna tells hidden truth, It's not that there isn't free will. It's much worse than that. There is no one who exists that could even have free will. All the feelings and thoughts that arise within the mind/ body come from an unknown place, for unknown reasons, and without anyone's consent. The ego is a mistake in understanding. You never existed as the source of anything. You exist ONLY as a conduit for everything.

“When I first started practicing Buddhism I believed the Buddha didn’t ever have any negative mental formations, he transformed everything. Now I see it differently; I see that the Buddha had those emotions but he didn't let them invade and take over his mind, he knew how to take care of his grief, take care of his anger, and that is enlightenment. Thay said if you know how to suffer you suffer less, so there's an art of suffering. When we learn how to take care of that suffering with mindfulness then wonderful things can happen, new possibilities that we didn't see before.”

What Is the difference between Joy and Happiness? Joy is like a thirsty traveller seeing a pool of clear, clean and fresh water. Happiness is the quenching of the thirst. Joy can also be compared to a hungry person who f i nds a nice restaurant and happiness is the fulf i lling of his hunger.

The "Falsity" in Advaita Vedanta: Clearing Misconceptions A common critique of Advaita Vedanta is: "If everything is false in Advaita, then Advaitic knowledge, teachings, and liberation must also be false." To this, Advaita gives a clear and profound response: Yes, they are false-but only in the relative sense. Let me explain with an analogy. The Rope and Snake Analogy Imagine mistaking a rope in dim light for a snake. This illusion creates fear and panic. When someone points out that it’s not a snake but a rope, your fear disappears. Now, here's the question: Was the "snake's slithering away" true or false? Vidyaranya explains this beautifully: "Rajju Sarpa Visarpanam"-the slithering away of the snake is also false. Why? Because there was never a real snake to begin with. When you realize it was only ever a rope, the dismissal of the snake is also part of the illusion. What remains real throughout is the rope. Applying This to Advaita's Teaching Similarly, in Advaita, your so-called bondage-the belief that you are a limited being caught in the cycle of birth, death, and suffering-is like the snake. It arises due to Avidya (ignorance). When Vidya (knowledge) comes, this false bondage is dismissed. But just as the snake never truly existed, your bondage was never real. So, is liberation (Moksha) false? Yes, it is false in the same way that the dismissal of the snake is false. You were never bound to begin with. As pure consciousness (Atman), you are, and always have been, free. The Function of False Knowledge Critics may ask: "If knowledge is false, what is the point of it?" The answer lies in its practical utility. Just as you use a thorn to remove another thorn, knowledge operates within the realm of illusion (Maya) to dispel ignorance, which is also within Maya. Once ignorance is removed, knowledge too is transcended. But this "false" knowledge works-it is enough to dismiss ignorance and reveal your true nature as pure consciousness. The Ultimate Truth in Advaita What does Advaita reveal as the final truth? This is expressed in Gaudapada’s Mandukya Karika: "There is no creation, no dissolution, no bondage, no seeker, no liberation. This is the ultimate truth." What does this mean? It means that as pure consciousness (Brahman), you were never created, never bound, and never needed liberation. The universe, samsara, bondage, and even spiritual disciplines are part of the dream-like illusion of Maya. The realization Aham Brahmasmi ("I am Brahman") reveals that you are, and always have been, eternal, infinite, and free. The Importance of Conviction Now, some of us may intellectually grasp this truth but still doubt: "Maybe I am not the body-mind complex, and maybe I am pure consciousness." This doubt must be replaced with unwavering conviction. As a verse says: देहात्मज्ञानवत् ज्ञानं देहात्मज्ञानवद् भवेत्। आत्मनैव भवेदस्य सन्निच्छन्नपि मुच्यते।। Transliteration: Dehātma-jñānavat jñānaṃ dehātma-jñānavad bhavet, Ātmanaiva bhaved asya sannicchann api mucyate. “With the same conviction you now have that you are the body-mind, if you can realize with equal certainty that you are pure consciousness, even if you don’t seek liberation, you will be liberated.” The key is to shift your identification from the body-mind to your true nature as Sat-Chit-Ananda-existence, consciousness, and bliss. Conclusion The snake didn’t slither away-it was never there to begin with. Similarly, your bondage doesn’t "go away" because it was never real. You simply realize that you were always the infinite, eternal rope of pure consciousness. This realization is liberation. This is Advaita Vedanta.
@vyshaksamak82235 күн бұрын
False ignorance is dismissed by false knowledge, false bondage is cleared up by the false liberation and you realise you are always liberated. This is Advaita's position
