People suffer because they are mortal. Their entire being is oriented towards survival. But they're going to die anyway. No amount of telling yourself that you aren't the body will eliminate suffering.

There's no 'I' that is suffering. There's just suffering as natural part of life process. All forms of life experience suffering. Its just we sentient being are more sophisicated and as a result our suffering also tend to be more sophisticated. Don't own this process. Just witness it. Its just a flow of karmic energy driven by causes and condition set forth from a inconceivable begining in the distance past when life first emerge on this planet. The animals suffers daily to survive. To look for food. To avoid become other's food. They dont complain. They dont sulk. Dunno why we humans are so special that we have some special rights to sulk.

You are not the source of the thoughts and feelings that arise within you. You are merely a conduit of the divine. The source of all is god. Believing you exists is a falseness. Taking credit/ responsibility for your choices is a falseness. Stop believing in the lie of your existence. Stop taking credit for divine intention. Suffering ends when you stop stealing credit for God's creation.
