Did you need a stringer or were able to mount it to the stud out of the box?

I had 1/2 OSB boards and into studs. The bolts included are more than capable of going into studs and holding it in place.

I just slid off the original baseplate, holding the plastic cap down.........I then slid the NDZ adapter place back on. It snapped in place. I didn't have to take anything apart. Also, there is no gap between the grip and NDZ adapter plate. I have 4 of these NDZ plates on all of my P10s magazines.

@@mattbradyfitness also to remove the NDZ adapter plate, you just use a tool and push down the plastic cap through the hole as you typically do.

I emailed ndz. I am not sure how you eliminated the gap, but according to new the gap is expected. I also tried another 12 rd mag with another ndz adapter and have maybe 1/16" gap which is more than acceptable for me. "Good Morning, Thank you for contacting our offices. There is a slight gap even with the oem magazine plate as this is to insure when inserting the magazine that it engages and locks in with the magazine catch. "

I love this bench if you're big and tall the manufacturer said it will hold a 500 pound user plus 500 pounds of weight totaling 1000 pounds but they recommend 400 pound user and 400 pound weight totalling 800 pounds just to be on the safe side and cover the warranty it doesn't decline but so what im a power lifting and it works great for me .a put seat protector covers on the pads to keep sweat and mediate wear and tear because I use it alot with other people. You get what you pay for but I have no issues for my needs easy storage with wheels and fold up can't complain. Thanks for the video even though im a bit late to the party lol

@@mattbradyfitness [not to spam you but really encourage you] My van is 12 years old now, young really. Got the Sony head unit, installed with all recommendations from [small nice guys] stereo store. My younger days I'd be haggles for $5 here and there, today... I just accept their prices and let their small business make some money. The unit hooks up my Android, Work iPhone and Wife's iPhone. Very well worth it. Spend your next 5, 10?, Sienna years with a little more tech.

It doesn't work below a certain temperature. So if you are below 30 degrees Fahrenheit or so, it won't work. I kept my front room area warm with the thermostat set at around 74 degrees till about 50 degrees outside, then I did have to turn it up to 75 to get it warm again. it's a fair sized room. If you have a large area I would recommend two, one at each end of the room. Especially for super cold nights.

I just reorganized and upgraded my basement gym and have almost 200 square feet of space now. I use the 3X4 mats, because they’re a lot easier to man-handle down into my basement, from the garage. But, these things are the bomb for home gyms. I read in the comment section of one of Coop’s videos that a TSC employee said they sell these things to way more home gym builders than to actual horse owners. I just bought 8 more of them today and the small ones are up over $30 now (July/2023), still not a bad price.

It's rated for a 150 sq.ft. room (750-1000 sq.ft. if supplemental). If well insulated it may work but really pushing it's limits depending on your climate area.

I work out in my insulated garage as well. Live in south central Pennsylvania. Only two questions that I need answers to. How fast would it take to heat up garage I just want it to be at 60 degrees which I think it’s not bad considering I have been working out when it’s 30 degrees outside and how high would it run up my electric bill. I only work out for 1 hr but I just want to preheat at least 30 minutes prior to working out. Thanks for the reply hope it’s quick because winters here and I need some feedback

@mattbradyfitness
@mattbradyfitness Жыл бұрын
it depends on how good the insulation is and air gaps. I would preheat for 3-4 hours then workout temps iirc were maybe high 30s and would get to mid to high 50s. I would sweat if that helps. no idea on electric never looked at it didn’t wanna know lol but if it was expensive, I’m sure my wife would’ve told me to turn it off lol. like I tell everybody else just try it out and see what happens. Don’t listen to anybody else cause everyone’s setup is different.

BTU requirements are dependent on you climate zone. If using above the frost belt "only a 12x12 room" is still exceeding it's capabilities. Not the machine's fault, it's thermodynamics. Most likely you'll need a 220V device. Even this should be on it's own dedicated circuit.

@maxreiter2831 what's hard to understand that there is a room upstairs in my detached garage that yes is an apartment but has a separate room that is 12x12. Are you fucking retarded?
