Good video. The more common use of chains is less resistance at the bottom of your press when the chains are on the floor, and you can work on generating power out of the bottom. I also do some stability work in a similar way as you, but with loading pins and resistance band handles.

On the incline, your chains never hit the ground. Are you just doing stability work?
