I converted my SML-1 to HR-2. No more swaying uprights, plus the pu bar, plus dip attachment.

Can you shake it so we can see how well the front posts connect to the back posts? That thin crossmember looks pretty flimsy.

Hey Matt do you squirt inside that 17 inch gap between the main rack and the HR two conversion?

How’s the stability with weight on the skinny posts? Have you have to use the safety spotter arms? If so was it stable with weight on there too? Thanks!

Super stable no issues. Spotter arms work as designed after it saved my neck from a recent failure on bench. Once thing I noticed is that because my squat stand isn't bolted down, it will inevitably move from racking weight over and over again. The weight on the back uprights definitely helps keep it stabilized, but the stand will still move a bit over time. With lumber prices dropping, this will become a later in this year project for me to get it bolted down.

Is it deep enough to put an inclined bench facing away at like 30-45 degrees? Would the bar be too far back? Seems like that rear crossmember would be in the way of the bench. I'm trying to decide if I wanna get this rack + Rouge Incline Bench 3.0 and that is my only concern so far. Thank You!

You just need to scoot the incline bench far enough forward to lift bar off jhooks and lower.

Thanks for the share. Quick question, what kind of mats are those? Thanks in advanced!

15.5” from rack upright to wall. 9” from wall to furthest point on left side of 45s. I went in as close as I could not needing to walk around the rack
