Guys please do not do it Untill you know the actual position and method, because even a smaller mistake or slightly wrong position can cause asymmetrical face, initially it would be less but after sometime you will realise discomfort in your mouth and jaw. Trust me it’s worst thing, would be better if don’t do it Untill you are ready for consequences. Just a friend advise based on experiences.

My problem is I'm 40 with chronic arthritis so even the "ratchet strap" pop for me is usually my patellar tendon getting caught on a bone spur. Hurts really bad but it hasn't exploded on me 😂. So some of the techniques can help my posture a little but my knees are stage 4 so stuff like 12:10 would involve me hitting the floor and needing assistance 😂.

I got surgery to fix this. Sometimes, it's beyond excercises, especially for people with rigid feet. I had this problem since I was 11. Well I noticed at 10. It only got worse. I had three surgeries in 1. I had achilles lengthening, my foot moved inward and stretched down. It was the best decision 2 years later. I have to get this other one done now. My foot is an inch smaller and is completely straight.

That’s a fair take and in a lot of my shorts I do. In this one I wanted to offer perspective and theory rather than jump cutting half baked exercises into 20 seconds. If people felt intrigued there’s a 15 minute video to explore.

Can we workout having uneven shoulders?
@mark-suski14 күн бұрын
Yes. I’d recommend it even. Work with a manageable load where you can tension the muscles with better alignment through the shoulders.

Hey Mark! Love your videos as always. I have a weird question but somehow I feel it is worth giving a thought. Can Nordic curls help fix knee hypertextension because the position we are in during the Nordic curls somehow feels to be fixing hypertextended knees. Please reply it would help a lot!

I think they can definitely help if done with good quality. I’d also recommend taking some of that feedback you get in them through the hamstrings and applying it to a variety of movements.
