If you've ever dealt with neck tension or told that you have "bad" posture than chances are that you're no stranger to the chin tuck.
Although this exercise is well intended it doesn't go nearly deep enough in the way of making lasting changes to how you support your head.
In this video you'll learn the reason why in my opinion chin tucks aren't a good exercise for cervical and facial health and two exercises that you can start to implement instead.
