One more question; if a person is having MRCGP INTERNATIONAL DEGREE and he want to attempt AMC1 to increase the success rate of his application through PEP pathway. AMC 1. Doesn’t increase chance of pep application. If application and documentation is done well and you av e the right qualification and experience, there is high chance of success from both application and job point of view

The specialist pathway would be suitable for you, given you have ample work experience to back your application. As a fellow, you may only work for 2-3 years without formal assessments. Eligibility to Pesci needs atleast 3.5 years of comprehensive GP level experience. Pesci jobs are mostly in regionals and rural areas atleast MM2+

After coming to work as a GP, are we permitted to go into training in a different specialty? (after getting registration and citizenship ofc). I was wondering to give the exam and come to Aus, but after a bit, try to get into specialty medicine training or ICU specialist or even Emergency medicine. Is this path doable?
