@@mr.cadillackingthings93 yeah I don't have a video on it. They changed their down payment from time to time and I don't know what they're running right now used to be $500 down and they would take so much out of your paycheck to get to the deposit. Just remember it needs to be a bank transfer

I have a cpl friends who run cattle. They are under agriculture rules and exempt from HOS. Next and this is most important the cattle can only be on them trailers for a certain amount of time differs from state to state my state its up to 27 hrs then they have to be taken off fed and watered. They are also given a lot of leeway at scales and most highway patrol. They are moving food for America.

@Choward1234 That statement just went over your head. Don't feel bad, it does to a lot of people. I don't think they are exempt from HOS rules, that may have changed in the past few years, they are exempt from using ELDs. That was what the question was about. Why is it UNSAFE for Livestock Haulers to use ELDs and not other truck drivers? ELDs record HOS, nothing else, the same as paper-logs.

@@ml3truckinginc..816 it is a tough thing to try to keep an SFI payment. But I have consistently made six figures each year with the SFI payment. You gotta look at it as a monthly income and not a weekly income.

@ I had an SFI truck last year, turned it in. Got a lease truck paying $500 a week, but have had some mechanical issues recently. I’ve thought about going back to SFI and have been approved but I fear that payment lol

@ i got a pretty damn good story about how my carrier is doing pretty much the same shit jb hunt did. they show us tha all in rate. its a 75/25 split plus fsc and tarp n stop off n detention if u get it. but lets say a load is 1900 with 500 fsc and 75 tarp pay. they take that 1900-500-75= $1325, they than in turn give u 75 percent of that than add bacc in tha fuel and tarp soo tha load becomes $1568.....whiiich when u call em out on it. they say its fair n it makes sure u get 100 percent accesioral buut that load should pay $1975 if your getting 75 percent of linehaul plus 100 percent of fsc and tarp.
