Turns out a musical box version of the song was available on a stock sound site which was used for Mangle's Quest (a mini game in FNAF 3).

as a lover of classical (and especially folk like tunes like this and solo piano) i absolutely love that these FNAF music boxes are exposing more people to classical!! absolutely understated genre and somewhat stigmatized as being only for old folk or the rich and haughty.
