You only need 2 ingredients 😳to whip up these quick and easy puff pastry hearts. Ingredients: Puff pastry Sheet Sugar 1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Unfold a pastry sheet and put it lengthwise. 3. Sprinkle some sugar mixture on the work surface and place the pastry sheet on it. 4.Again sprinkle some sugar evenly over the pastry sheet. 5.Now fold both the sides halfway towards the center of pastry sheet. 6.Fold again till the opposite sides meet in the middle, leaving a very thin hole. 7.Slice the folded pastry sheets into 1/2 inch thick pieces. 8.Deep each side of the pastry in sugar and place cut side down on the baking sheet. 6. Repeat the same process with the second sheet of puff pastry. 7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden on bottom for about 10 -12 minutes. 8. Take them out from oven and flip the cookies to the other side. 9.Bake again until golden or another 5-6 minutes. SAVE & FOLLOW for MORE ❤️

how to make vrat wali aloo ki recipe: 1️⃣Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. 2️⃣Crackle the 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds. 3️⃣Now add the crushed 2green chilies and 1inch ginger paste . Sauté for half a minute. 5️⃣Add a 2 medium size tomato purée , 1 tsp cumin powder, red chili powder (if you prefer during fasting ).Sauté and Cover until the oil release . 6️⃣After that directly crumble the 3 boiled potatoes in tomato gravy and add Sendha Namak (rock salt). 7️⃣ Saute for a minute or until the spices are well combined with potatoes. 8️⃣Further, add 1.5 cup water and simmer till the gray thicken a bit. 9️⃣Finally add 1 tsp Kasuri Methi and Coriander leaves .Mix. 🔟Serve these Vrat wale aloo with puri or paratha or roti made from Singhare ka aata or kutta ka aata. NOTE :- Add or remove ingredients as per your fasting tradition.

Singhare ki poori is a delightful Indian dish enjoyed during Hindu fasting days. These round, crispy fry bread are made from water chestnut flour, mashed potatoes, edible rock salt, and a blend of aromatic spices. They are not only a flavorful treat but also a nutritious option for those observing fasts, including occasions like Shivratri, Ekadashi, and Navratri in North India. Ingredients: Singhare ka atta (Water chestnut Flour) - 3 cups Mashed Boiled Potatoes - 2 medium Minced Green Chili - 2 Cumin Powder- 1 tsp Sendha Namak (rock salt) to taste Oil 1 tbsp Water to bind the dough Oil to deep fry First, Grate or mash boiled potatoes . Add singhara flour, green chilies, cumin powder, salt and oil . Mix all the ingredients and add water when if required.Knead the dough and make smooth, soft, pliable dough. Take a small sized balls from dough. Sprinkle some flour on rolling board and roll the balls.Don’t make thin or thick poori. Thin poori will break when frying and thick will cook from inside. Heat Oil to medium hot , place poori gently in the oil.when poori puff up from one side gently flip and fry the second side until golden and crisp. Serve the hot Singhare ki Poori with Vrat ke aloo . NOTE:Dough should not be sticky. If the dough looks sticky then sprinkle some singhare ka aata ( flour )and knead again.

Idli ko 10 minute pakane ke baad steamer se bahar nikalne se pahle unhen 2-3 minute ke liye steamer mein hi thanda hone dena chahiye. Isase idli zyada fluffy aur narm ban jaati hain. Agar aap idli ko turant steamer se bahar nikal lenge to unka texture zyada sakht ho sakta hai. Idli ko thanda karne ke liye steamer ka dhakna thoda khol den taki hawa andar a sake. Isase idli ki nami bahar nikal jayegi aur ve zyada fluffy ban jaayengi.

Ingredients: • Roti • Grated cheese • Chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, boiled corn, and carrots) • Spices and seasonings (e.g., salt, pepper, and chili flakes) • Cooking oil for shallow fry For slurry : 1 tbsp maida + 2 tbsp water 1. Take a roti and place generous amount of grated cheese and vegetables mixture in the center. 2. Carefully apply slurry on the side of roti and fold the sides of the roti over the cheese and vegetables, then roll up tightly, just like a spring roll. 3.Gently place the prepared Roti Cheesey Spring Rolls into the hot oil and shallow fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

Indian gooseberries, also known as amla, are considered super healthy in tradition. I’m making out a spicy and tangy dish called ‘amle ki launji’ from northern India. I’m using frozen amla since fresh ones are hard to find here. This dish is not just tasty but also really good for you. It has jaggery, spices, and the antioxidant-rich gooseberries, boosting your immunity. My kids loved it with paratha! • 250gm fresh or frozen amla • 2 tablespoon mustard oil • ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds • ½ teaspoon methi dana(fenugreek seeds) • ½ teaspoon nigella seeds(kaloji) • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf) • Hing a pinch (asafoetida) • pinch of turmeric powder • ½ teaspoon hot red chili powder, (adjust ) • 1 teaspoon cumin powder (jeera powder) • ½ teaspoon indian kala namak(black salt) • ¾ teaspoon salt (adjust) • ⅓ cup water (or as needed) • ¾ cup jaggery powder, or to taste *NOTE : 1.If you have fresh amla, wash it well and steam the whole amlas for around 10 minutes (avoid boiling in water). Steaming makes the amla a bit tender.If you're using frozen amla, let it thaw for a few hours (4-5) before using. 2.You can enjoy Amla Launji after letting it sit for 2 to 3 days. This allows all the flavors to soak in, making it taste even better. 3.Store Amla Launji in a glass or steel container inside refrigerator for upto 2 weeks. Always use a clean dry spoon to take out the chutney. 4. Don't use iron kadhai for making this launji as the iron content reacts with amla giving the chutney a blackish tint. 5.You can adjust the quantity of ingredients as per your taste. 📌SAVE and SUBSCRIBE for more🥰

Ingredients ========== Sesame seeds - 1 cup (135 gms ) Roasted Peanuts - 1 cup ( 150 gms ) Jaggery - 1.5 cup ( 250 gms ) ( Crumbled ) Water - 2 tbsp Ghee - 1 tsp Cardamom seed powder - 1/2 tsp First of all, dry roast the peanut in a pan. Let them cool down .Get their skin off and coarsely grind. Next, dry roast the til .This takes only 2-3 min, roasting more than this will make seeds brown in color and bitter in taste.When it’s cool coarsely grind. Take jaggery ,water , ghee and cardamom powder in a pan and heat on medium flame. Jaggery will start melting and soon bubbling. Keep stirring it on medium heat. Drop a little quantity in room temperature water and check if jaggery syrup is hardening. If not then heat 30sec to 1 minute more. If it hardens than switch off the flame immediately add crushed peanuts and crushed Til . Work quickly and mix well and pour on the greased plate/tray/ parchment paper. Flatten it with the help of a greased rolling pin. Make the cut with the help of a knife while the mixture is hot. Let it cool down and snap gently. Enjoy 😍
