Holi Special Easy No-Bake No-Oven Cake | 3 Milk Cake | Tres Leches Cake Recipe

This incredibly simple, no-bake Tres Leches cake is a must for your Holi or Diwali festivities! It has the delightful taste of Malai cake combined with the richness of Tres Leches, yet it's made with just five ingredients and minimal effort, making it perfect for those low-energy days. And the best part? You can customize it with your favorite flavors like Rasmalai using Rasmalai milk or add a festive twist with Thandai flavor by incorporating Thandai milk.
Recipe Instruction :-
1. Mix evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a bowl. Add a bit of cardamom powder if you want.
2. Arrange ladyfingers tightly in a dish. Fill any gaps with trimmed ladyfingers.
3. Pour half of the milk mixture over the ladyfingers. Let them soak for 10-20 minutes.
4. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining milk mixture.
5. Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form or use store-bought one.
7. Spread half of the whipped cream on top of the ladyfingers.
8. Add food coloring to the rest of the whipped cream (if desired), put it in a piping bag, and decorate.
9. Sprinkle crushed dried rose petals and chopped pistachios on top.
NOTE : If you want to add a twist for Holi, consider infusing the milk mixture with Thandai flavor.
