Thank you for deprecating N100 zigbee that could have been also the first or at least could receive an update. Just hide it as it never happened to be released internationally. The door lock that has the required hardware but ignored it completely since release ;) today, still cannot unlock it remotely via Aqara app as was advertised to bring that feature in the future, after release it never happened, thanks for that also

Mine was working great, however the unit does not properly seals, as such the battery area has rusted and the unit stopped working after a couple of months, money wasted. An outsside camera should not be damaged by rain.

these installation instructions are bloody dangerous, there is an earth connection on the fitting which I assume is metal & then the lead is installed with pretty crappy conductor condition & they don’t even connect the earth cable???

😂🤣😂🤣😂 I would have installed the u300 and the u100 on at least two to three doors on my house... but the price not worth it with what's offered for technology sake going into 2025...as is is pretty decent but with the newer technology.. Idk yet? some people want to buy the top and bottom smart locks, not just separately so they should integrate together and have an option to open and close at the same time.. with a physical and invisible button and light or something to know the status of the door.. have I said full Android compatibility should be a must not just iPhone or home kit... I'll end it here, I could keep going and I did not mention much.. just do better.. you have other companies and foreign companies killing it and yes they do have their own pros and cons but you're a sturdy company just need some information you have my partial wallet. when I see it, I'll buy it so improve and innovate! If I am going to install a smart valve, I would want an inline valve that can detect leaks (i.e. slow flow throughput the day). BTW, galvanized pipes with brass valve?

Is the battery compartment sealed when hard wiring? By the looks of this video once the square cutout is removed to insert the wires, it almost looks like water would slip in behind the doorbell and straight into the battery compartment. Can anyone confirm?

Love the new G5H camera. What I’d really like to see happen is the G2H Pro upgraded to use 5GH band WiFi so it can stream without dropouts. With three outdoor cameras, and 5 indoor cameras, all being restricted to 2.4GH, there are significant drop out issues.

Im in Australia. Product bought from Officeworks a fews ago. I've spent hours trying to get the Aqara A100 Zigbee to pair to the native Aqara app on IOS. When I hit the settings button on the back of the device, I don't get a pairing code like in the video. I get a voice asking me to input the Admin password or fingerprint. I have neither. There doesn't appear to be a way to factory reset the device, to clear this either. Even after removing batteries, and repeating, I still get prompted to input the Admin password which I dont' have. Please help.

You don’t show what screws to use for the hand turn lock area. You just show a black screw driver finishing it. I don’t see any bolts in this kit that fit?
