Can I install it on a UK LockMas door style that has many locks on the top and the bottom that enter the frame when I lift the handle up?

Can I use my E1 hub to connect the lock? I have just the E1 hub in my home. Do I need to get the M3? I want to control it over Aqara even not home…

Yes we can! Added to Apple Home + Home Assistant (both via HomePod Mini as Matter Hub) in addition to Aqara app + Keypad. Each working fine!
