Any condo recommendations ?
@TheNYCexpat9 күн бұрын
@@carlTis commented on the other video, but yea I've seen mostly all the condors here via friends and just living here for a while. I recommend one Eastwood or legrand if you want the nicest ones. After that tier I would just say it depends on the price and what you can find as far as good deals
@TheNYCexpat9 күн бұрын
@@carlTis like I said Eastwood is easy to walk around so location doesn't really matter too much, so if you come here just visit the condos first and if you like the condo then just choose which one you like the best because once you're outside, you can walk anywhere on Eastwood within ten minutes anyway

@ what are the typical contract requirements ?
@TheNYCexpat9 күн бұрын
@carlTis depends 2-2 as in two months advance and two months deposit is what a lot will ask, but I never rented with that. You can talk them down to one and one for most places. Or put more rent advances up if you have to because you want to put as little as you can into the deposit unless you really know and trust your realtor

@@carlTis no prob and yea theyre similar, but different flavors. Eastwood city is an area where you can easily walk around the entire place, so it's accessible and convenient, but could also be a bit boring in that same way depending on what you're looking for. For a place to call home, I think it's great though and most of the bigger cities like Bonifacio, Makati, pasig, etc can are only 10-30 minute drives away. Though I do think Bonifacio global city is nicer and has more to offer as a whole, you have to factory in the rental prices too and the quality of the apartments in reflection to the price. There's a lot I can say on this topic, maybe I'll make a video comparing the popular spots here in manila for people to watch
