How can I find upgraded aftermarket UCA's compatible with a not we'll know vehicle that don't have prefabricated after market ones for it?

After buying, complete both front control arms and arb bushing and driving only on pavement with no off-road use i had the disappointment to see that after 10k km they've gone as soft as chewing gum it's worse then rubber! Used on Outlander 2013 2.2did 150bhp.

Why hasn't a class action been filed for this issue? Why should I pay $2,500 to fix this design problem? I am a BT50 owner and I have now chewed though 4 sets of tyres at the front, This includes a set of BF Goodrich. Mazda are trying to blame me because I have upgraded suspension. Which, I installed to counter this problem in the first place before this issue was revealed. I have evidence of wear before mods to the ute, but still no care from Mazda. I don't understand why everyone is letting these guys get away with this?

I'm sure it's proprietary, but what type of poly do you use? MDI? TDI?

And being a steering component you will need a mod plate from an engineer. And if you get a replacement UCA you will need a mod plate from an Engineer too.

Can you not measure from centrecap to gaurd and when installing loft the suspension and remeasure from centre of wheel hub to gaurd giving the imitation of it being under load to then install and tighten?

Old video I know but Any plans on doing the rest of the IRS bushes? I've done the vertical links, sway bar bushes and have the upper camber arm bushes...but so much else can be changed, no tow arms or bushings listed, no control arm bushes beyond the one

Just bought a new 2023 Stinger and noticed the rear end of these cars need some help, There is too much compliance in my opinion, especially a slight shimmy when cornering while you hit small irregular surfaces. Similar feeling to having tires pumped up too far, like a slight loss in traction and then it catches again.

Got the squeak out of my poly control arm bushings... Got rid of them along with body mounts, engine mounts, trans mounts, mainly because they make of a harsher ride on my 69 nova cruiser.

It's evident that you've utilized inexpensive polyurethane bushes and hold the misconception that all polyurethane bushes are identical, which is not accurate.

Hi. I have the Superpro Strut Mount Kit with Negative Camber -1.4 degree. I had installed this a few weeks ago and the car performed great. This is on my Skoda Octavia MK3.5 VRS 230 with OEM suspension. I found that on full left turn, I could hear a sort of a crunching noise. It would not happen on full right. It would be at almost full turn in the last 10 degrees or so. This was really frustrating as would come into play at sharp turns or U Turns or when I am parking. I removed the struts and replaced the strut bearing. Torqued it up as specced and put the grease as instructed. The noise disappeared. 1 week in and again the noise has come on the same side. Any idea why this happens? Also when you drive on uneven roads, there is a slight mild thud thud that comes from the mounts. Is this normal?

Super important to lubricate these and CHECK that they remain lubricated. My front panhard rod bushings seized and actually snapped the rod where it connected to the diff housing on the highway doing 100k's an hour. Bloody terrifying.

@SuperPro Suspension Parts Please let us know if you have a kit for the front suspension of the Stinger. We are now needing it as more and more people are starting to modify theirs and there are no aftermarket options for it yet. You guys have done a great job so far developing suspension parts and would love to see what you can come up with for the Stinger.

what about steering rack bushings that are made to keep the rack in place? can't grease those otherwise it'll slide side to side and throw off your steering.. energy suspension bushings don't come with grease for steering rack applications, but superpro's do?

Dont waste your time with Polyutherane bushes like these. This Guy is just a snake oil salesman trying to flog his product. Rubber bushes are much better unless your racing a car . Rubber Bushes are quiter and smoother and generate less road noise and you never have to take your suspension apart vs Poly where you have take your suspenevery apart every few years to grease them becasue they squeak . Rubber bushes tend to last about 20 years , so I would rather take my suspension apart every 20 years vs Poly where you have to your suspenion apart every 1 to 2 years to grease them to stop them squeaking. I had Poly bushes and they squeaked every time I drove thru a Puddle and had regrease them every time . I now stick to OEM rubber and dont have to worry about driving in the rain etc and taking my supsension apart all the time to grease.

Rubber bushings DO NOT tend to last 20 years. More like 5 years and then you'll have to take apart your suspension to replace the bushings or even the whole component. That is when I replaced my rubber bushings with polyurethane.

Hi. Good morning. I'm guessing that superpro does not cater to the north American market.. like Canada 🇨🇦.. or do you supply products for north American made vehicles like GMC OR CHEVROLET. I've own a 1995 GMC Sierra regular cab 4x4..do you manufacture bushings for this vehicle ?????

I am about to press these bushings into my control arms. The videos - those provided by Superpro themselves are contradictory... One shows to assemble the full bushing with inner crush tubes and washers before pressing the assembled bushing into the LCA, another video shows pressing the bushing into the LCA before inserting the inner crus tube and washers. Which is the right way? Does it matter?

What do you recommend for a 79 C10 ? I want the original feel but to perform but also don't want them to squeel after a while like other polyurethane bushings
@weskirkland5850
@weskirkland5850 10 ай бұрын
Original feel is rubber. all rubber. harder bushings make harsher ride. I don't have to worry about it on my 78 C20. It has steel bushings in the front end stock. only the sway bar bushings and rear leaf spring bushings are rubber...lol. It drives a lot tighter than my 77 C10 Heavy half and 87 R10 did. Leans a lot less but it rides like a truck.
