You should push it and not from the side your going to throw out your back

Thanks for watching the video. I have a bad knee, so pulling the bike up the ramp works better. Plus, I am tall and my back doesn’t like me to bend down to push something.

Great video!!!😊 Where did you get the dog ramp? I think I may be able to get an e bike now.
@Paul_PaulaАй бұрын
Thanks. The label came off my dog ramp, but the following company name is engraved on it “Solvit Pet Ramps”. I bought it about 5 years ago on Amazon and my exact model is not listed there any longer, but similar ones are on Amazon. If you google “Solvit Dog Ramps you will find about 10 other companies selling these type ramps.

Very nice video. We have been on the Zuiderdam before she had the drydock. And I can't remember some of the details in th Neptun suite. E.g. does the shower have a separate entry or is it only accessible via climbing in the bathtub? Are there outlets (power, USB) next to the bed on either side?
@Paul_Paula2 ай бұрын
Yes, there were improvements made during that Drydock of the Zuiderdam. In the Neptune suite they have outlets and phone charge ports at both bedside night-stands. The new Starlink internet connection works really well. The Neptune’s bathroom has double sinks, jetted bathtub and a stand alone shower with separate entryway with a 2 inch step-up.

Clever idea, but I have another suggestion. Buy totes with wheels. Put something protective over the rear bumper, like an piece of carpeting, then just lift the wheeled end of the tote to the bumper... Happy travels!

I found that the wheeled totes were too big for my SUV when taking two of our bikes. Plus, you are still having to lift the bikes doing it the way you described.

Another tip- For easy loading of any size bikes onto a rear hitch bike rack. With bike along the side of the rack, pull on the rear brake lever and pull the front end of the bike into a “wheely”- lifting the front wheel onto the end of the rack. Then you can lift the back while rolling the bike forward onto the rack. This method reduces the lift weight by half.

@@Paul_Paula thank you so much for making the video! I have been looking for a folding bike and they are too heavy for me to lift into my car. Your video is just what I needed to show me how I can do it! I'm going to look for one with wheels though. Also, how do you like your Lectric ebike? How are the brakes? I test rode one the other day and they were loud. I'm looking at that one and the Voletric fold.
