If the receiver is plugged into the phone charger port how do you keep the phone battery charged when extended filming? When I'm bike touring or hiking I like to continually record so to not miss something. To do this I keep an Ankler battery pack plugged into the phone to keep it fully charged. If I have the mic receiver plugged into the phone port I won't be able to keep the phone battery charged.

I have an extra external battery that magnetically sticks to my iPhone that double extends the recording time. But so far, I have not had to use it… even when having the camera and Mics running for 5 hours.
