Just a tip, horses shouldn't have corn. Lol carrots are better.

Okay, thanks Michele, we didn’t feed them, but the words oats, corn, saddle and ride seemed to be in their vocabulary, lol. It was fun talking to them, they were very lovable. I’ll have to add the word carrot to my vocabulary… for sure.

Straight, flat, and boring. Give me the back roads of the Midwest any day over glorified sidewalks/rail trails.

One of the beauties of this trail is an old country road that parallels it for 20 miles with the scenery you are talking about. My one friend often rides it instead the trail, because car traffic is very lite on that road.
