Dude, PLEASE try to play “Eat of the Dead” by NILE. Karl Sanders uses a fretless guitar for that track; violin would probably sound so sick

BTW, some stradivarius violins sound terrible. Don't waste your money on a popular brand. 1 million+ for namesake. Some were not stored correctly, and the sound is nauseating. Boat owners say, "It's better to know a guy who has a Boat than to own a boat. If you buy a boat you pay the money to afford ten boats". Play some persons stradivarius and do you own thing. BTW, I own a ridiculous amount of guitars. Every one has a unique sound.

Thanks I wasn’t in the market for a Strad but it’s good to know 😆
@hieioni335413 күн бұрын
What is that krrt krrt sound?
@Vileinist13 күн бұрын
I didn’t really notice until you mentioned. The pickup is built into the bridge so that’s the noise of the bow hair making contact with the string. Equivalent of the pick strokes you hear on guitar.
@hieioni335413 күн бұрын
@@Vileinist Does it happen the same way when you use the acoustic violin?
@Vileinist13 күн бұрын
@@hieioni3354it does but you can’t hear it. With acoustic the listener is far away so you’re mostly hearing the sound of the note being projected from the resonating chamber of the violin. With electric the sound is taken from the pickup which is built into the bridge, it’s like having the microphone right there. So it’s amplifying and distorting those bow friction noises in addition to the string vibration. At least that’s my non sound engineer take on it. Do you think it takes away from the experience?
@hieioni335412 күн бұрын
@Vileinist Yes, very much so. I don't want to sound ungrateful for your performance but that noise was a bit annoying.

I recommend Aaskereia's first album, "Mit Raben Aud Wölfen" is a masterpiece of black (something not very current since 100% of the songs are perfect), and the special thing is that it has an extraordinary quality sound for a black pagan metal, I can even recognize the bass, jj jj. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqC6h4yfbNesa5I&pp=ygUfQWFza2VyZWlhIE1pdCBSYWJlbiB1bmQgV8O2bGZlbg%3D%3D

el black metal es una musica muy simple y repetitiva, similar al punk, puesto que ocn dos notas musicales te hacen una canción, pero debo admitir que el género es hipnotizante y apasionado, y apaludo que no cambien de covicciones y se mantengan fieles al estilo
