Back in the 90s I took lots of cars , I remember taking a prelude through the passenger door , dead pulled the ignition and drove away , it wasn’t until I opened the driver door that the alarm went off and killed the main relay ! Some cars if u can disconnect the power long enough , if u do ur homework you can just ground out 1 wire on the alarm box that will allow it to drive ! The best and only way to prevent a car thief from getting ur ride is a simple kill switch ! I’ve had my 93 legend for 27 years with factory alarm, viper alarm , and I put in 5 kill switches each one I hid Throughout the car ! I remember getting into a Range Rover opened the hood found the starter relay under the hood took the outside cover off the relay exposing the copper put the relay back in and just pushed the ends together with my thumb and pointer finger starting it right up.
