Hey Daksh I read Walden book and also listen to its audiobook. It's amazing to see how we need only less things in our life and seems to be living of non egoistic and self realised person 😊😊

Everyday roadmap for mentally becoming strong: 1. Setting timer on 'Forest' App (or 'Flora' app for iOS users) 2. Reading spiritual book - 30 mins 3. Meditation - 10 mins (just close your eyes and focus on your breathe count) 4. Journaling - 10 mins (this is essential as it leads to self-reflection, clarity of mind, bhai ka ek video h journaling ke upar) 5. Manifestation - 10 mins (this is very important if you are going to crack something big like exams or a big project, maintain a manifestation note and keep reading this everyday with visualization, you can use Chat GPT for drafting manifestation note) 6. Podcast Listening and morning walk - 20 mins (bhai ka ek video h podcast ke upar) 7. Day planning - 10 mins Total 1 hr 30 mins to start your day positively. Additionally positive self-talk whenever you feel low or someone criticizes you. Thank you. Admin is requested to pin this comment.

I want ask a question why , non fiction books are very Hard ( eg status game in later half )to read compare to fiction(even though some old fiction are hard to read too ) Why dont authors just write it in a very simple and understandable way like in harry Potter?
