That’s easier than I thought it would be. It’s basically just a relay but instead of voltage it uses light.

For anyone watching this 6y later. That crossover pipe gets hottttt. Thermal expansion is a thing and using hard pipe in this manner is not a good idea. If you want to do this 90 up on both cylinder heads then 90 across on both sides with a union in the middle so the pipe can expand without braking the heads

Ok, so many stew pid videos on here about this and I have the ek4336s intermatic light control. White wire always goes to any other white wire. Now the problem with the black wire that the sheet says goes to the power side of the power panel box and the red wire goes to connect load 1 wire switched hot to lights or contactor. Black and white are easy to wire to a switch. The problem is how to wire the red wire to my led christmas lights on my dock that the other 7 year old sensor burned out a few weeks ago.I can only see making a seperate plug to plug into the one receptacle side with one side going to the neutral in the plug and the red wire going to the hot side of the receptacle switch. Tell me if I am wrong? I would just need a blank or short wired plug with one end that goes into neutral and the other side plugs into the hot side. I have the same problems as many others. The lights stay on 24/7 once you wire them on. I've never seen or heard of anything like this in over 50 years. Hope you can help thanks. 🤪Yes, I fixed it. wire the black and white wires like doing house wiring and then you can crimp on the one red wird to one of the leads of you lead lights and the other end of your lights crimp a short wire and wire nut it to the ground wire. It worked off and on perfectly in the house current with the lights turned of and when you turned them back on. It only take about 10 seconds or less to turn on or off. Those people in that company are sooooo stew pid. Thanks for giving me the idea and played your videoed in slow motion so I could see what you were saying and pointing too. Everyone make it 100 times more difficult than it it.thanks.

Hard piping will cut the life cycles . The heads need to freely move ,coppers used for heat -pipe expansion and contraction. It's works that way . Don't overthink it
