I don't think I installed my lift properly. Getting the break pressure right was tricky. I was too scared to lift it higher than half an inch. 😢

Where can I get replacement parts?

This past weekend I put the TopLift together. I'm a visual learner and even though some parts of the video aren't the best I found these videos help. So thanks for having them available.

I’ll raise y’all- I received no t-connectors or wheels along with the missing manual. So happy I spent so much money on this 😤

I found the assembly to be very easy… IF you have a general knowledge of mechanics and a decent tool collection

please hire someone who can teach to do a instruction video and have a professional video done. This is awful - will not recommend this product to others

This is fucking horrible. The instructions are crap, there is no manual. I’m sure the built tool is amazing, but this will be the last TopLift anything I purchase, and I’ll make sure to tell the other Jeep owners to avoid this crap. Spend a few dollars and get someone who knows what they are doing to write your instructions and create your videos, because whoever said this was a good decision should not be allowed to make decisions anymore.

This is a disaster

I bought mine in 2019 and it doesn’t have the adjustment screw for the brake.

Great product but honestly these videos are garbage. Also zero instruction with the product and very vague instructions online. I spent almost an entire day trying to figure out how to assemble this thing. And we thought about returning it. Dude get it together. Seriously.

Now do the extender videos for 4 door

Only improvement to the video is you should share what bolts you’re using. Otherwise it’s trial/error and guess if you’re just watching the video

After reading all the comments I've determined that about 85% of you should go back to 1st grade and start over if you can't follow these INCREDIBLY SIMPLE instructions.

Really disappointed they can't just send instructions. The PDF link is not helpful at all. These videos made it a breeze. Got mine put together and working perfectly with no troubles. Now if winter would just go away so I can actually use it lol.

Mine didn't come with a manual so I downloaded the PDF file and that is about as useless as taking a guess on how to put together. This video helped me a great deal and went together super easy. Now trying to find a video for the rest of the process. Links to that should be in the description or comments. I got mine on a Black Friday deal for $700. Sorry y'all paid $1000 lol.

This video proves why you don't have the creator do the instruction video.

S frame doesn’t drop all the way down like in the video meaning these parts are not manufactured the same or the quality control sucks ass.

These directions are wrong. No written instructions and these are horrible, my brake handle used different holes.

the worst installation manual and sadly from the manufacturer... they guy gives you one step and when they change the screen he made like 2 more without mention any of them like wtf

I can not believe how terrible this product and designers are about how the hell to build it. I have 4 extra black poles - sure would be nice to know what they are. I’m supposed to trust this thing holding my hardtop when I don’t even know half of the instructions I’m pissed I spent over a grand for this. Even if it works perfectly (which who knows I’m too scared to try) the lack of a manual, video with correct terminology and gee wouldn’t it be nice to SEE WHAT YOURE DOING. Also way to toss it in at the end oh hey these bolts yeah they go here. Dissatisfied is an understatement

Sounds like none of us got a manual. Ironic given his emphasis on reading it at the beginning. I got near the end and when installing the brake, the brake wire came out of the handle. This lead to my ensuing line going too far into the silver piece and now it’s stuck. I can’t get the tension line to have actual tension. I’m no handyman but I have done my fair share of Jeep installs. This was/is the most frustrating so far.

Why is this the only vid for this assembly!? Absolute garbage! Which way does that supposed to point, which nut and bolt is being used? I figured it out but damn that was rough! Also, mine didn't come with the directions either.
