I saw them in 1994, they were using a Moog IIc (not a IIIc) for the bass sounds on all of the songs.

WOw, you're NAILIN' House of the Rising Sun! Light my Fire too. I like the Fender Key-bass touch too. Respectfully I think Whiter Shade has less draw bars out than you used - like mostly the 2nd and a little 1 and 3. Green Onions! YEAH! Sweet Clav there! Ya see - you know a great intrument. However, when summed mono, it created a sharp nasal edge to the bass.” However, videos exist of Wolff appearing to play the sound of a Kurzweil synth. “I triggered the notes using a keyboard controller, which (to nice folks viewing interview videos of me working) is sometimes confused with the actual source,” Wolff explains. “No synth for you.”

Software versions are now pretty much indistinguishable from the hardware. Don't see the point in owning the gear unless you got more money than sense

Amazing demo! One side of me wants to buy this, but since it’s fully analog I’m kind of worried about the tuning issues. How do you experience this? I have the Model D and I have to power it on at least 15 minutes before I use it. Or else these oscillators will drift out of control.

I had it for 2 weeks didn’t notice any tuning problems :) my moog lp also needs some time to tune :)

Nice playing too. I've got a M1 in my studio, but the factory sounds are not very inspiring aside from 10 or 12 of them. What do you recommend me? Should I buy some external cards to give it a boost?

@NicolasMelis Really? Maybe I must reset mine...... I am a guitarist, play very awful keyboards but I made my parts with MIDI. I found my M1 on eBay very cheap and bought it for my studio. Of course I've got the VSTi version in my computer too, but the real thing had something else.
