Thanks for your efforts in producing this video, it is very useful and you mentioned very necessary points, but the music is too loud and noisy!

Please adjust the mic. Hard consonants (P, T, K, B) sound like you are smacking yourself with the mic.

this would be so much better without the music behind it, or much much lower.

May I suggest a video tailored for school bus driving and monitors specifically as it's not like there's a choice whether or not to "invite" guests in this situation. The same video is being played at every meeting and everyone is becoming jaded by the repetitiveness of this. Not your fault, I understand but just an ask ✌🏼😉

interesting content, but i don't like example of riding elephants in particular, its supports mass thinking that its ok to do so.

These behaviors and changing them can be applied to any situation with friends and family as well. Cancelling the need to be right is # 1 to continue connected to intelligence and opens a door to listen, to find info and answers. Loving info, thanks

Your mind auto tries to blame others and not look inwardly to take accountability. Isn’t that nuts? You have to actively become aware and practice being mindful. Monkey planet 😂

I think a big point for the personal in management was "When I slow down I go faster." Which perfectly ties in with taking the time to set clear goals and expectations for yourself and your employees. Also one that really stuck out to me was to openly not treat anyone the same. It's key to make sure that John and Sally know you do not treat them the same, because it's not fair to them to assume that two different people have the same skills, understanding, weaknesses, and strengths. It is key to communicate that you treat everyone differently because they are different, built differently, think differently, and work differently. It's so simple, you learn at a young age that everyone is different and I feel that we tend to forget this when managing because we want to treat everyone how we want to be treated. The thing is they aren't you. No matter if they start on the same day can accomplish the same tasks and equally be efficient, they're still different. Different strokes for different folks.

This video is even better the second time you watch it paying special attention to the background dialogues contained in the illustrations. Furthermore, it is the only video that I could find that contains an accurate referral to the actual Dialogue Model that the authors included in the book. Nicely done!
