So much depends on the founder and the first few hires. I've worked for companies where I thought to myself, "If only the owner would take himself out of the picture". Now I'm starting a business, I'm wondering the same thing about myself. Maybe I am in the wrong business? That's not an easy thing to say, but it might be true. Can this be fixed? Thanks for your video review. It was very helpful.

I actually toured the Zappos HQ in Vegas a few weeks ago. Absolutely inspiring. Definitely a book that our team read as a company that has changed the direction of our success!!
