Albright / Alberto ? Looks the same ?
@feegureeetoutАй бұрын
Maybe the inventors name was alberto albright?😁
@carpfishinglabАй бұрын
Hi @kencleg7721! 😊 Great question! The Albright Knot and the Alberto Knot are indeed similar, but they have a few key differences: Albright Knot: This is a traditional knot used to connect two lines of different diameters or materials. It's tied by wrapping the thinner line around the loop formed by the thicker line 10 times and then passing it back through the loop. Alberto Knot: This is a modified version of the Albright Knot and is often used by anglers to connect braided line to a fluorocarbon leader. The main difference is that with the Alberto Knot, after making the initial wraps down the loop, you make additional wraps back up the loop before tightening. This provides extra security and strength. I hope this helps clarify things! Happy fishing!
@YouTube_user3333Ай бұрын
Those whinging about not showing how the knot was tied, look at it. Double the mono, wrap the braid like you see, down and back on its self, follow the main line back out. Wow that was hard 😂
