BLV user here. I've learned my lesson with eBay and AMZ. It is always best to buy from authorized retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy's, etc... I would like to add that there usually is a difference in weight. I've observed the authentic to be more heavy overall. Also, there should be a difference in the weight of the caps. Thanks for the video!

Was it rusted on? They can just be horrifically tight .
Thank you Reckless Pixel Images for the video, with your permission I'd like to add some information. For a Dodge Durango 1999 5.2L V8 the belt part number is Duralast 900K7 from Autozone. The regular belt length for this year Durango is 97 inches, so the one to bypass the ac compressor should be 90 inches in length.

Thanks for the review, very helpful. I’m curious if you have used this setup for a bigger camera system like a DSLR with a 70-200mm lens? Thanks
@lenzwizard4 ай бұрын
Yes, before using these QR plates on my action cameras I was already using them for my DSLRs. I use them on my full size tripods and my Patypod. They are strong enough to hold my 70-200mm lens with no problem at all as long as everything is tight and secure. I will admit they are pricy when you start buying more than one. However, what I have done is purchase them over time. Currently I have about 8 of them. I haven't had one fail yet.
@danb8214 ай бұрын
@@lenzwizard Wow, 8 of them. I originally purchased the Falcam quick release system but the plate kept coming lose from my camera . Im hoping the Pgytech is a betting system, which based on your experience I’m sure it will.

I just bought one used, but when I run it off of the power supply or batteries, it plays a buzzing sound out of the speakers that progressivly gets louder and higher pitched. At the same time time, the display seems to flicker at a pretty fast rate. Havent taken it apart yet, but this video helps show how to do that so thanks!!
@lenzwizard6 ай бұрын
For the buzzing sound, check the male headphone jack/wire. Sometimes my bike would mine would have static coming out of the speakers and after moving the wire around a little bit it would go away.

Nice video. Get yourself a Bernzomatic 8000 & some MAP gas. It’ll heat up a spindle nut in about 5-10 mintutes plenty hot enough to break loose. Heat is your friend when trying to remove stuff like that.

A touch is for sure an appropriate tool for this application. However, due to the fact I already owned a Dremil tool, it was quicker and cheaper to just grab the Dremil and grind it out rather than running out to buy a tourch.

I just got this same exercise bike. Is there an on off switch to save the power on the batteries. Or do you have to pull the batteries out?
@lenzwizard8 ай бұрын
I currently use the AC adapter, however many years ago when I first bought the bike I used the battery power. There is no power switch. When the pedals make a 1/2 turn or if a button is pushed on the console the power comes on. If there is no activity after 3 minutes or so the unit powers off.

Hi, good review. and thanks for the information., your the only one has informative about sandisk SSD. the others just kept silent. how about on 5:1 60fps?
@lenzwizard10 ай бұрын
I loved this camera. However, I did sell if a few years ago. I mostly shot in 8:1 or 12:1 using all frame rates. As for 5:1... if I remember correctly it shot 5:1 23.98 fps no problem, but I can't be sure about 5:1 60 fps. Eventually I moved up to the Sandisk Extreme Pro and I did a more indepth video about that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/i3PKnZ2IistmrM0si=6zyltVL7pZKtOmgd&t=638

You don't have to remove the lens to fit the camera into the SmallRig cage. Just open the front and the side of the cage and slide the camera in. For those who seek an alternative setting: Get the Pgytech cage and use the Ulanzi OA-11 clip that offers a 1/4'' screw. This way you will have one extra clip in your repertoire of accessories. Additionally, the OA-11 clip can be either screwed or attached in a 'traditional' GoPro way. Either way, very nice vid.

@lenzwizard11 ай бұрын
I'm not an expert on this kind of thing. However, if it is not lighting up, it may be a power connection problem. I would disconnect the wires and try reconnecting them. Look for any broken connections.

Dealt with a few stuck axle nuts. Tried breaker bars, heat + candle wax, etc. The only method that worked for me was using MAP gas torch to get the axle threading super super hot, ~10 mins, then poured water on it. With a jack stand supporting the axle socket, the nut finally broke free. The heat expands the thread, then the water rapidly contracts it, and it should break free. Good luck

hi, are you available for help? i have a 02 Dakota. was first making a little noise in 4x4 and then it got bad recently. truck was parked for a week while i did upgrades on it. today i drove it and at first it was fine and then out of nowhere it started making a harsh grinding noise and can feel it grinding gears from the front. I put it in neutral, pushed it and instantly made the gear grinding sound and wheels pretty much locked up. had to start it and put it in reverse to get it back in original location and it grind again within moving back inches. trying to determine if its the drive shaft or the front differential. it also looks like there is oil leaking from the driver side shaft that goes into the differential
@lenzwizard Жыл бұрын
What upgrades did you do? Without seeing the vehicle... I would guess it could be the front diff or possibly the transfer case.
