Thanks for the review, very helpful. I’m curious if you have used this setup for a bigger camera system like a DSLR with a 70-200mm lens? Thanks

Yes, before using these QR plates on my action cameras I was already using them for my DSLRs. I use them on my full size tripods and my Patypod. They are strong enough to hold my 70-200mm lens with no problem at all as long as everything is tight and secure. I will admit they are pricy when you start buying more than one. However, what I have done is purchase them over time. Currently I have about 8 of them. I haven't had one fail yet.

@@lenzwizard Wow, 8 of them. I originally purchased the Falcam quick release system but the plate kept coming lose from my camera . Im hoping the Pgytech is a betting system, which based on your experience I’m sure it will.
