It does actually make a delicious cup of coffee on bold.

Comment about discontinuing the process on the 2.0 if you press the on button on the screen and hold it it will stop any process at least it does on mine... In addition my machine will except any K-Cups and doesn't have foil around the edges

Short cups? Here's a fix that worked on mine. Poor, drizzly flow & shorter cups suggested clogged lines. So I pumped about 4 cups of white vinegar thru it, dislodging a small cloud of white particles. Rinsed the plumbing. But suddenly the 10 oz. setting it would only fill half a cup, getting lower each test fill. So I tried the 6 oz, and got 2/3 cup! On the 8 oz. setting I got 3/4 cup. Reverting to 10 oz., I finally got a full cup. No idea why that worked.

Tried these here in '24 cleaned the brew basket and gave it a good smack for miss behaving and it worked!

It's 2024, I just got a free one of these because the owner said it didn't work. I tossed in a cheap Walmart brand Kcup and it ran fine, also brewed a cup from my old Kcup refillable and a generic refillable. I'm assuming as long as you don't want to use special features, that this thing will work. Or...maybe I got lucky? Either way, nice machine. My oldie still works so now I have two.

My Verismo 580 has been stored for 5+ years because Starbucks discontinued the pods. Now espresso pods are finally available that have the same great flavor. I’ve never used milk pods because customers were complaining about the residual milk turning sour inside the machine. They were unable to get rid of the sour taste.

I have the identical red Verismo 580 and it works best for me since I’m the only one using it. Also the smaller width fits perfectly on my counter between the red Nespresso Vertuo and red Keurig K55.

Why should i get a scale?

When I turn it on all the screen says is filling but the water doesn't move. Any idea of what the problem might be?

I can brew any K-cup pod in my Not-2.0 Keurig machine. Best reason not to get one 😂😂

I have a 2.0 with a carafe. The only way the carafe will fill is if you use a carafe-size K cup. Keurig doesn't make them anymore. I can't find them in shops or on line.

The "wap" approach worked for me once when I got fed up and tossed a Keurig machine in the sink unwittingly administering the "wap" of correction.

Good comparison in terms of cost and functions. Unlike a Nespresso, Dolce Gusto also works on cold settings to make cold beverages 🙂

You may not taste it but hot water running through plastic or silicone hoses is full of unhealthy body damaging chemical particles. We have gotten rid of both of our Keurig coffee makers and are only using all glass or stainless steel coffee makers. Do some research on what plastic does to our bodies it's awful and should be avoided at all costs,, good luck to all.
