I’m looking to buy a putty and my Dr says I need to make sure it’s an intra oral kind of putty. Is this VP Putty intra oral? They say it would be great to use in the mouth as well as out of the mouth. I’d like to make temp matrix when we do get wax ups.

I love this perspective on hard work and smart work. It's a refreshing take on a common misconception. Embracing challenges is key to personal growth. This mindset aligns perfectly with continuous improvement. It's about finding the balance between effort and strategy.

That's great. I would have been tempted to build it up anatomically like a pre molar but this makes more sense and is less likely to fracture off.

Good video. Small remark: Better to get the peri apical radiograph before the anesthetics. If a peri apical laesion is suspected, a cold test can not be performed.

Totally confident there was adequate isolation for that composite filling? Better isolation, better the filling, no? Looked like moisture could have got in their quite easily? Curious why rubber dams around routine for composite fillings.

I have the luxury of being in the same office for 25 years and see my work come back in for check ups. I'm happy to report this technique is working well. Very rare is there a debonding or recurrent decay situation.

I absolutely would not stand all day and to ask that of your assistants while you’re sitting is cruel. The only time I stand is if it is a hard to reach area for me. Assistant chairs are made to go higher than the operator for a reason.

Assistant can choose to sit or stand. I don't make them stand. I'm not cruel. Plus, I know that an assistant chair can move up and down. Thanks for input.

Hi, doctor. Great tips but I hava a question. Since the bond layer create a thickness (even though it’s a little) and this is a minimal invasiv restoration ,doesn’t that layer effect fitting of permanent veneers negatively?
